Rights notice

Halloween, Halloween: The Game, and all referenced names and marks belong to their respective owners, including IllFonic, Gun Interactive, and Compass International Pictures. This site's own text and design are original; short attributed quotations appear only where necessary to document an official claim.

Takedown intake

A rights notice should include: your contact details, identification of the material, its location on this site, a good-faith statement, an accuracy-and-authority statement, and a signature where applicable. Send rights notices and correction requests to support@halloweenthegametracker.online.

Correction intake for game facts

A correction should include a source URL, the platform and patch it applies to, the observation date, and a declaration of your relationship to the source. Corrections are queued, reviewed against the published methodology, and applied as new revisions with history preserved; unresolved disagreement is shown as Conflicting reports, never silently overwritten.

Response times

Notices are reviewed in the order they are received, and action is taken on valid requests, including removal of material where warranted. We do not promise a fixed response time.
